The land faces Northeast providing excellent artists light and a sense of tranquility. Located near the beginning of Leclair Road before conditions get really gnarly this parcel is fairly accessible. This is a true class 4 road and requires a vehicle with good ground clearance and 4x4, it's a VAST snowmobile trail in the winter. Please don't block the road when parking to walk the land. No perc testing or permitting has been completed. No utilities at roadside though there is good cell reception.
