The property features generally level to gently rolling topography with some steeper slopes and includes an estimated 5,100 feet of frontage along the North River. A portion of the property adjacent to the river consists of wetlands. The timber stand is primarily 3-year-old Douglas-fir reproduction growing on Site Class I soils.
