There is a 2-3 acre seasonal beaver swamp located in the heart of the property that is fed by Little Slaughter Creek and is known to draw in ducks when flooded. The tract features an extensive interior road system which is easily navigable and it enables access to virtually all parts of the property. There are approximately 1.7 miles of frontage on Ragtown road. There are abundant deer and hogs in the area. The deer herd is/has been trophy managed and the hunting is excellent. There are also turkeys that utilize the property and offer hunting opportunities in the spring. The terrain is rolling/hilly but it is easily traverseable on foot or vehicle. There are several access roads into the property and all of them gated and locked. This tract offers a great investment opportunity with income potential in the pine timber, pine straw, and lease options.
