Hwy 395 to Doyle Ca. -Doyle loop then across the creek and north on Hackstaff Rd until Ft. Sage Rd. Turn right, follow it "around the horn" and into Nevada, to Flanigan Rd. Total of about 20 miles from Doyle CA. Take Flanigan Rd across the flats to RR Tracks, cross them and then turn left at the 2nd set of tracks. Go 1.7 miles (set your car odometer to zero to make it easy). The 152 acres starts here. The 3.87 acre parcel is on the other side of the tracks. If the road is wet or snowy, don't do the RR track road, you will get stuck. Good clearance, 4x4 advised. Bring shovel, and phone.
