This is in the Mountain-aire subdivision above Camp Nelson accessed off Forest Service Rd beyond the Coy Flat Campground. It is a gated community with seasonal access. There are 2 structures on the land one acts as a bunk house and is 10 x 12 and the other a bath with composting toilet and shower that goes out as grey water that structure is 5 x 8. This includes a water share. There is a dirt driveway that used to be circular but will require some grading afain for easier access. A step up from tent camping but all the charm still.
