These homes, built in the 80s, are in the subdivision that was called "The Trees of Wheaton." The neighborhood is quiet with friendly people. My daughter attends Sandburg school, which is excellent. The principal, Aaron Bacon is awesome as are many of the teachers. Greentree Preschool is an excellent preschool as well. This is unincorporated DuPage County... That means taxes are lower than "in town." Same Wheaton schools and Chicago Water!
