C. 1818 "Cooper House" is on the National Register of Historic Places. This historic Cape has seen better days. The original Cape building is perched nicely on a small rise overlooking Dover Village. The original cape has a poorly constructed addition on the rear with is suffering from severe neglect. The historic Cape may be salvageable, but the addition will have to come down. There is also a 2nd guest house in the rear of the property which also has lots of neglect and is in need of a full rehab or should be torn down. Village zoning district allows for some interesting commercial conditional uses. House is not liveable and will not finance and will need a cash buyer. House is sold "as is-where is, with all faults".
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
