C. 1818 "Cooper House" is on the National Register of Historic Places. This historic Cape has seen better days. The original Cape building is perched nicely on a small rise overlooking Dover Village. The original cape has a poorly constructed addition on the rear with is suffering from severe neglect. The historic Cape may be salvageable, but the addition will have to come down.
