The place is in a calm part of Tome-Adelino. Plenty of space to park your car. You would share the bathroom with your fellow newer roommates across the house. The house is about 6 minutes away from UNM Valencia. About 20 minutes away from the Meta Data Center. 2 minute drive to Family Dollar. 10 minute drive to the shopping center (Albertsons, Smiths, dollar tree, Autozone, Chinese food, gas, etc) For now, $200 security deposit. Month-to-Month. The place is open to people in the process of finding a long term home elsewhere. Anyone out-of-state or students at UNM Valencia are encouraged to contact. No couples. No pets. No drugs, this includes alcohol. No smoking/vaping of any kind. In or out of the house, it's not acceptable. I prefer talking on the phone for details but DMing works just fine. $500/$450 month flat. Since you have your own bathroom that will rarely be shared with others, you are expected to clean it on a regular basis. This applies to your room as well. No food or drinks left out.
