Enjoy your next getaway at our Beach Bungalow! Just steps to the North River, a minute walk to the resident beach, in a quiet, friendly neighborhood + a short drive to restaurants and activities! Looking to getaway in the off season? Everything is new including HVAC, tankless instant hot water, shingled roof, cedar shingle siding, and more! Enjoy Humarock year round! The space The bungalow is a perfect beach space. Deceivingly small from the street; inside there is a galley living and kitchen with a lofted bed space above the kitchen. High ceilings in the front area of the house adorn fans, recess lighting and speakers, underneath is a couch and two chairs in front of TV with basic cable and Netflix option. A series of used books great for reading at the beach are in the corner behind the door. No stairs are necessary to use the two bedrooms on either side of the bathroom. The kitchen has all that you need to cook and enjoy your meals and save some for later. A small washer and dryer are in the back corner of the kitchen area for quick and small loads of laundry. Two doors off the kitchen space lead out to a small patio with plenty of chairs for relaxing and a table with umbrella should you choose to enjoy eating outside. Off the left of the patio is the "bunk house". The bunk house is about the size of a shed, completely insulated with a full size bed, lighting, a/c and heating unit, and a small stand to place any belongings. Here we also store our kayak paddles. Kayaks are available to use upon request (a secondary waiver is required to use these). Off the right of the patio are three kayaks. Around the corner you will find our gas grill and outdoor shower. Additional beach equipment, beach toys, cooler, chairs and umbrellas can be found in the bins on the sides of the house.
