Per Bella Vista POA rules, renters must fill out a guest card with each guest's name to be able to use any amenities such as fitness centers, lakes, boating, fishing, tennis, or golf. There is a $30 fee associated with this, and it must be taken care of prior to your arrival. The Bella Vista POA Member Services office is not open during weekends, and cards cannot be issued on those days. Please message our guest services team with this inquiry at least 5 business days prior to your stay. Located 15 minutes from Bentonville's Entertainment District and Downtown Square, this apartment is cyclist-friendly, with Phat Tire Bike Shop and Trail Side Coffee right downstairs. It's 0.1 miles from Tunnel Vision MTB Trailhead, 1 mile from Blowing Springs MTB Trailhead, 2 miles from Little Sugar MTB Trailhead and the Razorback Greenway, and 3 miles from Tanyard Creek. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. The parking lot in front of the Lofts is shared with a commercial space and parking is not guaranteed.
