    Looking for a great house with plenty of room for the kids and dogs? Well this is it. It has 1672 sq ft on the main level with 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and a huge kitchen dining room combo. The back living room is amazing. It looks like you're in a log cabin with sliders to the back wrap around deck, a big bay window with power controlled pleated shade. The fence is about 5 to 6 ft inside the lot line for ease of getting a riding lawn mower all the way around the back. All new doors, door handles, lighting, ceiling fans on the main level along with new windows in the front living room. I was told the rest of the house had a new roof, windows in 2010 and septic system 2011. There is community well with 3 homes with a low cost of $60 quarterly. You can't beat that. Geneseo school system with bus pickup right at the end of your driveway. Both bathrooms have been updated. All new insulated window coverings that stay. All new outside lights by the slider on the back deck, new motion sensor lights inside and out of the garage and new lights on both sides of garage door along with new lighting to the front door. A yard light was added out front with a photo cell so it turns on a dusk and off in the morning. All new landscaping done by home owner and purchased from Meyers in Moline. Also has landscape lights on the front of the house with photo cell. 4 rooms on main floor wired for Mediacom and 1 in the basement. There is a large wooden shed out back that has electricity that could be turned into a great workshop. The home has a whole house generator . Just had annual servicing by Black Hawk Electric. They said it was more of a commercial grade and a wonderful unit. It does a self check run every Monday from 9:40 to 10:00 am. My recent home energy report states this house is 38% more energy efficient than comparable homes. Basement area has been drain tiled. Has 2 locations for the pumps. 3 brand new pumps were installed in the past 2 years One has battery backup. Basement has 1,200 finished sq feet with a total of 1,448 sq foot. Has almost brand new tile flooring and carpet, along with finished sheetrock ceiling with can lighting. There is also a bar area and cable run to the lower level. I added a new whole house water purification system by a company in Cambridge. It also has water softener. Hot water heat for the house that is 96% energy efficient.
