There are two other similar sized rooms painted green with windows overlooking the street. Both have their closet and both will have a shared restroom. These rooms are $580 The garage was partially converted into an actual room but with no closet. This one is the blue painted room. This one is bigger than the green rooms but has no closet. This one also goes for $580. Bills will be split 4 ways. Each room will pay for 1/4 of the total bills. The living setup is more of a roommate setup. Kitchen, living room, garage, and patio are all shared spaced. no smoking inside and no pets. Must be respectful of everyone. There is no lease and it will be month to month.
