The kitchen is spacious with granite countertops and stained steel appliances. The master bedroom, on the first floor, has plenty of closet space and a sizable en suite Italy-inspired bathroom. The fenced backyard is luscious with a huge deck, ideal for BBQs with friends & family. Enjoy the friendly South Four Corners neighborhood which is conveniently located between Silver Spring and Wheaton, close to major commuter routes (Georgia Ave, Route 29, Beltway). Sligo Creek is only 2 blocks away and closed to traffic on the weekends; a walker/cyclist paradise. We can leave a few pieces of furniture if you are interested. Move in date is set for Oct 1, but we could negotiate an earlier date if needed. One year lease minimum. Security deposit + last month's rent required at lease signing. Renter is responsible for utilities (gas, electric & water). Renter is also responsible for maintaining the yard, but this service could be added by request for an additional monthly fee. A max of 2 pets allowed. Pets require an additional security deposit. Renter insurance is required. No smoking allowed. We are looking for renters who will take good care of this beautiful house.
