It is in a safe, quiet neighborhood and the house backs up to a 30 or 40 acre horse ranch so you will not have any neighbors behind you except those with four legs and a tail. I am the owner and you would be dealing with me directly not a management company. There are currently people living in the house, so I did not go in and take new pictures.
