Walk to Target and Washington Sports Club right up the block. Walk to a ton of great 11th Street locations including award winning restaurants such as The Coupe, Wonderland Ballroom, RedRocks, etc,. The whole 11th Street corridor has only 4 star + yelp reviews. Walk to 9:30 club or U St in about 10 minutes. There pretty much isn't anything you can't walk to from here. Convenient markets on the opposite corners. Lots of added storage for a Rowhouse Each room has it's own great smart AC unit. Good for keeping electric bill down and everyone can have the temperature they want. Surround Sound Great kitchen Renovated bathroom with double vanity, and sinks Awesome back patio for entertaining with hanging lights. Moving and willing to leave some furniture behind if useful.
