Great spot on Otis Reservoir with a big dock & a jet ski ramp. Nice wrap around deck and double sliders for a beautiful lake view. The living room/dining room is surprisingly roomy for a small cottage and the southern exposure is nice and sunny. There is a pellet stove & electric heat to take the chill off in this 3 season home. Bedrooms are small and the lot is tiny, but the dock is good and the house is in good condition and homes on the Reservoir at this price are almost unknown. Water for toilets and shower is from the lake, bottled water used for drinking. Offered furnished
