Enjoy our private 3439 sq.ft. partly furnished home on a 1.5 acre property in Kailua. Only 1.5 miles from Kailua Beach, away from traffic, neighbors and noise. Breathtaking, unobstructed views. 1000 sqft gazebo with wet bar. Our house is located in a very unique, quiet and secluded neighborhood. A fenced in portion of the yard adjacent to the Gazebo is child and pet proof. 3 large bedrooms are upstairs and have their own bathrooms. Kitchen, dining, office space and living room share an open floor plan. This is what a tenant said about our home: Amazing, one-of-a-kind home. The views are spectacular all day long. I've never stayed anywhere in Hawaii that had a view like this. The outdoor gazebo and grass area is so great! The house is split so the downstairs is a big social area plus laundry and bathroom. This is a fantastic space to hang out, cook and eat together, and relax. HUGE fridge and freezer. The upstairs is 3 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, plus outdoor balconies. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have AC, which we ended up using a couple times. Owner pays the water, sewer and yard service.
