This level has direct access to the lower level covered patio where you can enjoy a sunset cocktail and yard area where fire flies may be seen at dusk during warm summer nights. Level Two: The pastel-colored walls and hardwood floors welcome you to an open living area with a gas fireplace (for decoration only), and smart TV. Off of the living room is the large eat-in kitchen with hickory cabinets, gas cooktop, wall oven and microwave, ss French door refrigerator, granite countertops and seating for 8. The dining room just off of the living room has a table that seats 8 with ocean views. This level is open to the 2nd level covered deck with seating, rocking chairs and a table for 4. Directly off the Kitchen is the laundry and a half bathroom. Level Three: This level has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed. Bedroom #4 has 2 twin beds and a smart tv. Only the primary bedroom has an ensuite- the other 2 full bathrooms are accessed from the hallway.
