    North Bear Creek Preserve Parcel 7, 6.00 Acres, 1007 Rookery Ridge Road, Beaverton, MI 48612. The property is located in: Section 21, T.17N-R.1W., Tobacco Township, Gladwin County, Michigan 48612. The entrance to the property is off Dale Road to Rookery Ridge Road, a private road engineered and built to County specifications and which serves the North Bear Creek Preserve.
