My husband and I are currently in a two year lease, which started in April (2019). We are looking for a family or a group of friends to take over our lease for us as we are moving for my career. This place is wonderful! Lots of space and natural light! AC works great and there are ceiling fans in every room! The fenced back yard has hosted several BBQs and cookouts for our friends and family! You are walking distance (2 minute walk!) to a Harris Teeter and a few restaurants and bars! 2 minutes from the highway, five minutes from a Planet Fitness, and 5 minutes from Crossroads Shopping! This place is truly perfect--we hate that we are having to leave it! Additionally, the leasing manager, Jenny, is so above-par! She always responds and is super easy going! There are two handymen that will come at the drop of hat as well, we asked them to repair two beams in the fence after we moved in and they came right away! All appliances work perfectly and the garage is spacious enough for my large SUV! The neighbors are respectful and very friendly! This place would be perfect for a growing family, with the three bedrooms, vaulted ceilings, fully fenced yard, and awesome master bath (the tub is huge and theirs a shower too)!
