Utilities included: electricity, heat, hot water, septic, high speed Wi-Fi, driveway snow removal, yard maintenance, and trash/recycling curbside collection. Ethernet connections and cable TV are unavailable. Washer and Dryer in unit. Apartment is heated by gas and oil combined (this is included in cost), the gas fireplace pictured is unable to be used until the replacement burner arrives early April. There is a heater in the sunroom that will heat the main floor in the mean time. 2nd floor is heated by oil. Partially furnished- 2 stool kitchen table, bakers rack, waterproof rugs at both entrances, and new blinds or curtains for all windows. Shared driveway space with owners, room for 2 cars.
