we bought our home in august of 2014 with 5 acres and 2 sheds we would like to keep 1/2 to 1 acre of land and one of the sheds which i will move to the small lot we decide to keep for only as long as needed in said time we will sell to homeowners if they so wish to purchase it , we will sell the lot for a reasonable average acre price in Moselle MS. we can sign a legal agreement on such if one so wishes to have first option to buy the remainder lot of land from the original 5 acre property.
