You can use one bay to park your vehicles. If you need two bays that is fine you have that option with a third bay still available for your boat. You are definitely going to want to have a boat being you will only be approximately 30 minutes to a boat landing on Lake Keowee and Lake Jocassee. That is right 30 minutes to two of our gorgeous lakes with spectacular Mountain View’s as you cruise around on the water. If Lake Hartwell is what you are looking for you are just a little over 30 minutes to a boat landing on one of our largest lakes in the Upstate. That gives you a different lake to enjoy each time you head out. Now back to the building. You still have one more bay to do with as you like. Maybe it becomes a dream outdoor kitchen and entertainment area. Trust me when I say the building and all it has to over will be something you will love and use all the time. If hiking and exploring is more your thing well you are in for a treat here too. A short drive of about 15 minutes gets you to one of our most prestigious hikes in the Pickens County area. You have to hike Table Rock State Park. The views you get of the mountains and towards Greenville SC from the top of Table Rock will take your breathe away. Another must do hike is one of the most beautiful waterfalls you will see on the East Coast. In fact the U.S. Forest Service has Whitewater Falls in North Carolina as the highest waterfall east of the Rockies and it is less than an hour drive from your home in Pickens. And then there is our very on Hagood Mill Historic site that always has events happening there. You are just minutes from one of our most prized sites in the area. There is also two golf courses within 20 minutes of this home. The Rock Golf Club & Resort is a great Mountain View course and then there is Pickens Golf Club. Both are less than 20 minutes from home. Pickens SC has so much to offer with it’s small town vibe, and rural areas that have great Mountain View’s which you will have some smaller Mountain View’s right outside your doors and windows and yet the yard is nice and flat which makes this home and it’s property perfect for you to use and enjoy with the mountains surrounding you and not have to worry about mountain yards. Pickens gives you the small town you want and yet you are only 20-25 minutes to Easely SC with a larger selection of restaurants, stores, and shops. Looking to head over to one or SC best cities? Greenville SC has so much to offer from concerts, baseball, hockey, and other events will only be a beautiful 40 minute drive to downtown Greenville. If Clemson University and all our amazing sports teams is more your thing you are only about 40 minutes to Clemson University. Last but not least you will love the spaciousness of this mobile home.
