Welcome to paradise :). I have lived here for 4 years and I have absolutely loved GWE & the location. The unit is a corner unit, very private and quite. Also comes with an extra large parking space, as it’s the end spot. I love this perk and you will too, very handy not being stuck in between other cars. Impact hurricane 3 Panel Sliding Door and windows all brand new last year. All wood blinds on every window. Both AC & water heater purchased when I moved in 2018. Both bathrooms are updated with modern vanities and fixtures. Brand new, Grey, real bamboo flooring in Master bedroom with new grey wood led light & fan. The unit also comes with a storage space, about 30sqft for extra items you want to store. When you’re done inside, relax on your patio with the gorgeous view of the large lake, pool and hot tub. This is the closest unit to the pool and I enjoy being able to see the pool/hot tub. The hot tub is also less than a minute from the patio. It’s the best. There is water aerobics classes in season and GWE hosts many fun events (taco trucks, live music, luaus) to enjoy if you want to be social with other owners. Other awesome amenities include Tiki Huts with grills, tennis/bouchée courts, and a walking path around the lake. Short distance to Downtown Naples, 41, or to hop on I 75. Prime Outlets Mall located next door with gym, salons, restaurants and stores. Walmart, Planet Fitness, Publix, PetSmart, Home Goods, Lowes and other major stores within 3 minutes. GWE is well maintained and the perfect place to call home in SWFL. We just put on a brand new metal roof, this will last 30+ years. Come enjoy what GWE has to offer!
