We remodeled the kitchen in 1994 and remodeled the bathrooms in 2006. We had a new roof & siding installed in October 2020. Both have 40 year warranties. As of August 3, 2022 installed new Carrier Air condition &heating system and all new duct work. July 2022 completed installing all new windows throughout entire house.
