A wonderful bonus is the magnificent Snoqualmie Trail is just down the road offering over 120 miles of walking and cycling. The home is between Duvall and Carnation and about ten miles to Redmond. It is about 20 miles from downtown Seattle. Renter is responsible for internet and cable, and electricity.. home is on septic and a well. The average fee for water and sewer out here is around 250..so it's a win. Gas range is on propane which I take care of. Deposit required for pet. Rental insurance required 300 dollar cleaning fee if home is not in same condition as when rented
