This 2 bedroom, 2 bath mobile home sits back on a large lot allowing a quiet, private environment. We have recently put in a new HVAC system, installed laminate flooring in the smaller bedroom to go with the same in the den, kitchen, dining area and master bedroom, hung a front entry door, and other small upgrades to ensure that the home is inviting to our next guest. We are located just 2 miles south of I-20, providing easy access to individuals who may want to live in the country but need to travel quickly to Lincoln, Pell City, Eastaboga, Oxford, Birmingham or other nearby cities. Because this property is on our family farm, with 3 of our families living on the farm, we are looking for 1 or 2 adults who want to enjoy peaceful living without having large crowds/parties on the property. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath mobile home that sits on a large, private lot. We are a no smoking (anywhere on the premises), no pet rental. We do require 1st month rent ($900.00) and a security and damage deposit of $900.00 on the date of move-in. This home is best suited for a single adult or two adults. Water and lawn care are included in the rent. Renter will be responsible for the monthly utility bill. Renter is required to set up a garbage pick-up account with the City of Lincoln and must provide a copy of renter's insurance to the landlord. Renter can set up an account with Coosa Valley Technologies or internet provider of their choice for internet service if desired. The mobile home has a new HVAC system and also has a gas log unit in the den. If renter desires to use the gas logs (optional) he/she can set up an account for propane delivery with Coosa Valley Propane. The lease duration is 6 months, renewable if both parties are satisfied with the arrangements.
