The worst part is the floors, which are wavy and somewhat beat up. The previous tenant lived here for over 6 years and recently moved out due to an injury at work. All utilities and central HVAC work great, close to town, and parking around back behind the duplex. I am not sure what else to tell you, it is budget friendly for reason.
