I absolutely love this apartment! The neighborhood is central so you're not far from much. The neighbors are great, it's a really quiet complex despite the proximity to NC State. An easy walk to Lake Johnson, just a quarter mile from doorstep to the trail. The complex is pet friendly, it even has a small dog park. There is a swimming pool and small gym for residents. The apartment is equipped with a laundry room with a storage shelf, washer, and dryer. Kitchen has an electric range, garbage disposal and dishwasher. There is a fireplace and screened in patio off the living room. There is a large storage closet off the patio as well. I am purchasing a home so we have some wiggle room on the move in date. I would like someone in by April 1, if you need to move in a few days beforehand we can work that out as I should be out and have the apartment clean by March 25. Apartment is fully electric, so Duke Energy will need to be transferred to your name, along with whatever internet provider you decide to use. Water, trash, and pest control are added onto your monthly rent by the complex. It usually totals around $40 which is added to your rent. This is a lease takeover so my deposit will transfer over. The parking is unassigned, even when I arrive late at night I can always find a spot in front of the building, occasionally guests have a short walk.
