Conservative woman looking for two roomates in a country home nestled in between the two Table Rocks in Sams Valley (15 minutes north of Medford). There are 3 rooms available, two are actual bedrooms and the third can be rented for extra storage or a private sitting room. Located half a mile from Lower Table Rock trailhead. The house sits on 5 acres of countryside with gorgeous views in all directions. It is peaceful and lovely hiking is just down the road. We keep a quiet and tidy space and are looking for someone who shares the same values. This isn't the hang out, party place. No smoking, drunkenness or drugs including marijuana(as I am allergic, so even if you're a trimmer and don't partake that won't work).

One bedroom window overlooks the backyard and a small orchard and the other the front yard.
Independent window AC heater combo unit available for use in the one room and a window air conditioner in the other. I use wood heat for the entire home.
