    very secluded 1/10 mile-long driveway, peaceful & quiet, no people... pecan trees, walnut trees purple grapevines outbuildings deer/ wildlife hobby farm/ horse friendly, no zoning creek supply by springs so cold u can stay in it... the survey needs to be signed by familirs other half ( I have thier onfo)of the driveway owners;we have been using driveway 30 plus years you could just use it... no signing needed no well BUT septic is there on property to 2001 home (the Driveway only 20ft they let us use 30 years plus no problems ) the survey does not have all signatures....( only half of the owners on first 20' right away ) email for info. road can just be used no problems And state has reserved road when big tracts of land was sold, map in pictures you could use that also it is the farm road , driveway BUT road is there and been used for 30+ years on first part**** second 10' driveway through woods is part and survey signed ...yes, you can use farm road freely ... ( county maps from the 1920's show there was a "reserved roads" ( the driveway) on county maps when large pcs of the farmlands were divided up and sold, applied to first deed it is in the county books, our surveyor did not apply but was told too.
