The living area has a sofa with additional side chairs that face the gas log fireplace. Directly behind the living area is the kitchen, featuring a large island with seating. A stack washer/dryer is tucked away in a closet. There is one bathroom located off the main living space, which has a large walk-in shower and a double vanity. The primary bedroom has a queen bed. The large secondary bedroom consists of twin-over-twin bunk beds and 2 additional single beds. From open-concept living spaces filled with natural light to cozy bedrooms that serve as serene retreats, each element has been thoughtfully designed to elevate your experience. This cottage is part of the Townie Cottages Resort, a private community of 4 separate homes that share a 20' x 40' inground pool, a communal fire pit, and easy access to the serene beaches of Lake Michigan. Access to the beach is just a short trip away. The area is known for its mom-and-pop bakeries, destination design stores, woodsy gravel roads, and pristine Lake Michigan beach access. There are plenty of biking paths, vineyards, and distilleries within a short distance that draw families and couples from throughout the Midwest. The next-door end unit, The Fern, is undergoing interior renovations through April. From June 15 to August 24, 2024, this home has a 7-day minimum with check-ins/outs on Saturdays only. The minimum age to rent this home is 25. Pets are not allowed at this property. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation, covering accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct. Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. The pool is open from April 15 to early November.
