Waterfront on Herrick Bay, looks across at Flye Point, and out the bay at Flye Island; winter views to Acadia. Very tidal area with much wildlife and birds, including a nesting Northern Goshawk. There are wet areas, and a stream crosses the land near the waterfront. No drive-by, as it is difficult to understand the lay of the land without a guide.
