Feel free to keep your cars away from the glare of the Texas sun by parking them in the covered garage. The garage can easily fit TWO cars with room for an additional TWO cars on the driveway. As you step in, you'll feel like you've walked into one of those homes you've seen featured in magazines. The tasteful decor and stylish furniture add tons of warmth accented with vibrant pops of color throughout. You'll want to hurry up and pick a bed, but you might have a hard time choosing all 5 of our bedrooms are spacious and feature comfy beds covered with lavish bedding you'll want to immediately sink into. The master bedroom has a king bed, as well as a 42" smart TV and an en-suite bathroom. The second room has a queen bed. The third bedroom offers two bunk beds, while the fourth bedroom has a queen and a bunk bed. The fifth bedroom has a queen size bed and two bunk beds (please note this room will only be available for groups of +12). Our 2 clean and spacious bathrooms are absolutely stunning and up to date with modern finishes. You'll also have access to a separate fully equipped laundry room, so you don't have to worry about over-packing! The cozy, welcoming living room features a beautiful fireplace and a large TV, making it the perfect spot to hang out as a group. A family movie night or having guests over won't be a problem as the spacious living room can comfortably seat up to twelve people. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking your own meals and has tons of room, so you don't have to worry about getting in anyone's way. With tons of counter space, glistening appliances, and cookware and silverware included, you'll have everything you need to help feed your entire group. The kitchen is big, bright, and beautiful with a large window looking out into the backyard. You'll also have access to a great dining area to enjoy having meals together around the eight-person dinner table. Another great spot to enjoy having a meal together is on our outdoor dining set under the covered patio. The backyard is the perfect spot for gathering, socializing, and making memories. It has tons of grass and open space to play games or sports. The yard is spacious and you'll feel safe and secure as you enjoy the amazing Texas weather in the fully-fenced private space. * Owner pays for all utilities (up to $200 for electric, $100 for water and gas) including internet. * Parking available at the 2-car garage, driveway, or street. * Longer reservations are welcomed, but minimum of 1 month lease. * Listed monthly rate is applicable for a minimum of 6 months term. Rate may change for any lease term under 6 months. * Smoking inside the house is not allowed! Violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. * No parties or events allowed. * Pet should be discussed in advance; we only allow house-trained pets and ask to make sure they keep off beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees to be applied. * Full disclosure policy for numbers of people on the property at any time with security camera verification to comply with local laws. Rest assured - no cameras in any inside private areas - we respect the privacy of our guests. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance.
