The three bedrooms and two full bathrooms provide a good mix of comfort to rest and unwind as well as practical function to care for your daily needs. The main bedroom has a king bed, two nightstands with lamps, an ottoman, a dresser, large walk-in closet and its own full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, side tables, a dresser, large closet, a mirror and a chair. The third bedroom is set up with two twin beds, closet and a dresser. A 2nd full bathroom in the hallway includes a tub-shower combo and granite countertop. The living area has a warm, farmhouse-like feel with a large leather couch (which converts into a full-size bed), two comfy chairs, a 65-inch TV for family movie nights and a wood-burning fireplace. There's also a bar area that comes with a complimentary bottle of wine and non-alcoholic drink. The kitchen is stocked with all the appliances and cooking tools you need for family meals. You'll love the coffee and tea stations that are stocked and ready to welcome you. Right next to the kitchen, the family size dining table seats six, with a view of the wooded backyard through the glass doors. Laundry is handled with an in-house washer and dryer in the designated laundry/pantry area. The front porch - with a small table and two chairs is ideal to catch the sunrise or to enjoy quieter moments. In the back yard, there's a large concrete patio with a five-burner gas grill, umbrella-shaded table, and patio seating. Enjoy long walks and family hikes in the private 5-acres woods and then sit by the fire pit area with seating for 6. Have fun times roasting marshmallows, storytelling, stargazing and making family memories. The huge game room gives you even more space to hang out and have fun. There's air hockey, ping pong, indoor basketball, arcade, corn hole, dart board, checkers, chess, poker and lots of popular board games. There's also a comfy couch for lounging, reading many of the books provided or watching the fun. The game room is equipped with separate heating and air conditioning for a climate controlled atmosphere. Utilities are included in the rental price. A brand-new GENERAC generator takes care of any power outages that may occur during inclement weather. Housekeeping is available for an additional fee. For stays over 30 days, monthly housekeeping by our cleaning service provider is required. Quiet hours start at 10 PM, so please respect this time. Ranger is a small town perfect for rest and relaxation. Neighbors will appreciate you respecting quiet hours. This is a NO PETS ALLOWED home. Violating the policy will cause immediate termination of lease agreement and forfeiture of future rents paid. While "The Nest" is family-friendly, parties are not allowed on the premises. Only tenants listed on the lease agreement are permitted to stay overnight on the property. Contact "The Nest" management in advance to request overnight guest stay. No smoking or vaping, no drug use and no weapons are allowed on the property. Please consult the welcome book on the living room coffee table to find recommendations for restaurants, wineries, thrift stores, day trips, local attractions and emergency services nearby. You'll love your stay at "The Nest"! Please note: "The Nest" is currently listed on short-term rental sites, so viewing dates will be dependent on calendar availability. Minimum lease term is 2 weeks. Owner pays for utilities. Tenant must have home cleaned monthly by landlord's approved cleaning service. Rental insurance is required for leases longer than 30 days. Tenant must adhere to house rules including no smoking or vaping, no illegal drug, no weapons and no parties on the property. A full list of house rules will be provided to review in advance of signing lease. This is a quiet, mountain area and tenant must respect the surroundings and the neighbors. Breaking these rules will cause immediate termination of lease and forfeiture of security deposit.
