We would even argue its the best one in the Oberlin Court complex :) With the beautiful natural light, 3 spacious porches, and rooftop terrace with grills right out back, this apartment gives off nothing but home-y vibes. We are only moving out because we just bought a townhouse! Location truly is everything - enjoy the short, 10 min (max) walk up to Cameron Village and easy run or bike ride to downtown Raleigh. We have only listed this property for 6 months because technically, our lease ends on December 9th, 2018. Once you fall in love with this place, you will be able to re-new the lease once it ends.
