The floors are engineered hardwood in living, kitchen, and hallway. The bathrooms are porcelain tile. Bedrooms are carpet. All the kitchen appliances LG and are almost new. There is a carport although not well built. Concrete is cracked. There is a storage unit with shelves. The lot is about an acre. We know on no issues. Heat and A/C works great.
