About the House: * Blocks away from the 5 bus line that goes straight to downtown, and walking distance to lots of amazing restaurants and the zoo! * Upstairs has a full kitchen, two bedrooms, and living room with a view of the mountains! * Backyard has a fenced in patio with an outdoor fireplace * Landscaping is included in the rent! * Plenty of street-parking * We have air-conditioning! * You would have access to the rest of the house! Our current roommate does not cook a lot so opted for no hot plate and only uses the stove and oven sparingly, this set up works for us and would be open to figuring out what works best for all involved.
