    Newly renovate 4 bedroom, 1.5 bath house in a quiet and safe family friendly neighborhood in central Daytona Beach. Recent renovations in this beautiful home include new cabinets and counter tops a new fridge and dishwasher in the kitchen, new fixtures in the bathrooms and completely new carpet in the bedrooms and new paint throughout the entire house. This home has a large beautiful backyard with lots of trees and plants giving it a very tropical look and feel. The rent is $1650 per month. Successful applicants will meet all screening requirements involving income verification, credit history, employment verification, background checks, rent history etc. Pets are allowed but will incur additional deposit and monthly fee. All utilities to be paid by the tenant. Application fee is $40 and can be paid online or in person. No smoking allowed in the house but there is a nice patio in back where that is allowed. Nonrefundable pet(animal) deposit is $600 plus $25 per month per pet(animal) which applies to any and all animals regardless of size or status. Lease is for 1 year although month-to-month contract may be considered for $100 more per month. Tenant is responsible for lawn care and maintenance. The house is equipped with a laundry room with hookups but you must provide your own washer and dryer. Must have at least 3 times the rent in monthly income to be considered.
