The owner does not live on site, but is local and responsive to tenant needs. Furry family members are welcome with references and an additional deposit. Security deposit ($700) and cleaning deposit ($150) are fully refundable. Water, sewer and garbage are included in rent, electricity to be paid by tenant. Screening includes credit and background check as well as rental history and employment verification. Application fee is equal to the cost of credit and background checks ($25 through SmartMove) and will be reimbursed at lease signing. Alternatively, a reusable tenant screening report is acceptable. Any lease length between 6 months and 2 years is acceptable.
