This house is move-in ready and NOT a project. Why is it $100K under market? The foundation is crooked. Crooked as a dog's hind leg. Crooked as the Pearl River. Crookeder than an indicted politician. My seller had some much funnier suggestions, but I refuse to use them! If you have a fear of heights, don't look across the living room. Did I mention the house has a slope?
