3 Maintenance and Repairs

Tenant(s) agree to promptly notify the landlord of any major repairs or issues that could cause damage if left unaddressed. Any damage caused by tenant negligence, misuse, or abuse shall be repaired at the tenant's expense.
4 Front Yard and HOA Compliance
Tenant(s) are required to maintain the front yard and exterior areas in accordance with Homeowners Association (HOA) standards, including keeping the area clean, neat, and properly maintained at all times. Any fines, violations, or penalties imposed by the HOA due to tenant noncompliance shall be the responsibility of the tenant.
5 No Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property at all times. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping devices, marijuana, or any other smoking substances. Any violation of this policy may result in fees, damages, or termination of the lease.
