The kitchen is fully outfitted with loads of storage and utensils if needed. There is a large central closet, flex room upper storage and additional hanging space above the laundry. The bathroom has lots of storage with shelves and cabinets. I have allowed enough space for a few of your favorite pieces, like a favorite chair, a bookshelf or dresser if you choose to have them with you. Many of the furniture items are lightweight and can be moved around in the house as needed. The gravel parking area in front of the house allows up to 2 vehicles as needed. There is easy access to the two front door entrances and a covered front porch. A private front patio oasis with plenty of seating and a beautiful view of gardens and trees is perfect for your morning or evening beverage or meal. It can even act as an outdoor office or an intimate entertaining spot. My home, for myself and Luki, my dog, is a completely separate structure separated by a breezeway and deck with my own entry. (See photos - there is a picture of my home which sits behind the rental home.) My backyard, which is separate from the rental, is fenced in for my dog. I am willing to have another dog share the yard if they get along. (Only service dogs or well trained dogs please) This would have to be a "meet and greet" situation. This property is very quiet and peaceful in a friendly neighborhood, on a quiet street. It is best suited for either a mature traveling single professional or a couple with the need for an occasional extra bedroom use or office. No smoking, candles, incense, scented products, or recreational drugs inside the home. All utilities are included in the monthly cost which includes trash and recycling pick up, capped electricity, water, propane for on demand hot water heat, and Wifi. This rental fee includes all utilities. Electrical utility is capped. My preference is a 6-month lease, but those terms may be negotiable if all goes well. I would prefer no pets. But if you have a service dog or a dog that gets along well with an alpha male like my dog, Luki - I am willing to have a meet and greet on neutral ground. Luki usually gets along best with dogs that are more submissive to his anxiously playful personality type. He is 46 pounds.
