This is a two story brick 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house in a great La Porte neighborhood. The garage has been converted to a big living room. The house is in good condition overall and just needs some cosmetic improvements.REPAIRS: The kitchen was recently updated with all new cabinets and granite counter tops. The stainless steel appliances will be replaced with white appliances prior to closing. The kitchen island needs a granite top and it also needs floor tile, but other than that, the kitchen looks great! The pool is in need of either some tile replacement or resurfacing but the filter is in good working order. The roof was replaced in late 2008. There are a few minor cracks in the brick by the front entrance that need some mortar. The current owner had the foundation checked recently (he thinks it was Olshan) and was found to be settling near the front door but not in need of any piers
