Swank mid century hovering above Sunset Hills. As you know, homes with thoughtful architecture and fantastic location are rare. Mrs. Phyllis Selig designed this home in 1967. She was one of the few female graduates of KU School of Architecture in 1956. The home has been lovingly cared for and improved over the last 50 years while maintaining the architectural integrity.
