Our home has been entirely remodeled and updated. This one level ranch style house provides you with a modern base camp for all of your activities in Truckee & Tahoe. Each bedroom comes equipped with their own ensuite bathroom, and a powder room and laundry room are found off just off the main living area. The kitchen is bright, clean and modernized with all stainless steel appliances and everything you'll need to cook a great meal. This home backs to the forest and is close enough to everything in town. Owner is responsible for all bills. No smoking. One pet allowed with pet deposit of $1500. This is a 5 month rental for the summer. No parties. Tenets must be respectful of neighbors and observe quiet hours. Renter must make at least 3x rent each month. Have good references, pass the background check and have a solid credit history of at least 670.
