    I'm not sure where to start with a written description of this property, so I will just start typing and let the pictures do the rest. The living quarters is a 1792 +/- square foot double wide mobile home made in 2007 (original purchase price of $115,000) This is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath in excellent condition ready to move into tomorrow. The horse barn is an 18 stall facility with tongue and groove side boards, re barb separators and contains several separate rooms including bathrooms, office space, tack room, washer and dryer, full sink, etc... Upstairs above the "office' area of the horse barn is a 800 sf one bedroom loft apartment with full kitchen, living room, bathroom with stand up shower, and bedroom- heated and cooled by a central unit for comfort. The horse barn has containment fencing built on the 9 southern stalls and opens into a large catch pen. A main road travels down the center of the pasture and the sides have been "turned with disc and planted in sunflower and rye grass. There are 3 feeders and 1 shooting house in this area and the shooting house could hold 4 men size wise. The wooded area roughly 27ac is just as impressive! It has numerous roads with culverts for drainage. The wooded area is small 4-8" hard wood for the majority with a pine every now and then---extremely clean as you can see from the pictures.
