We will be renting our wonderful home from October 2025 to July 2026. We are open to one renter or a couple of multiple-month renters. Monthly rent is calculated as an average for a yearly rental. If renting for only peak/summer months (June-July), the rent will be higher monthly. If rented for the winter, the rent will be lower.
