You will have the house to yourself often because we enjoy traveling. But with animals it can be hard. So we are looking for someone who loves animals and will not mind feeding from time to time.
Rent is paid for the month to come not the month after. pay thru zelle or bank deposit.
Plus 1/2 of electric bill, all other utilizes are coved in the rent.
Due to the animals and heavy equipment, this is not a safe place for young children
