There is a pollinator garden in the front of the house. INCLUDED in the monthly rental fee are: - Water, gas and electricity, internet and phone - Weekly gardening service No smoking inside the house. The driveway has 1 parking spot, and there is ample street parking. The studio is currently occupied by a nice recent college grad, and if she can stay, the rent is negotiable. Dogs, cats, kids and all other animals welcome! Owner pays all utilities and for gardener. No smoking inside. There is a carport with room for one car, otherwise there is ample street parking. The house is furnished, and we prefer to keep it that way and rent it to someone who will take great care of the furnishings and artwork in the house. Garage also has some of our stuff, but it is well-organized and there is ample room for storage.
